BAPTISMAL REGISTRATION FORM
If you would like to book a Baptism then please download the form using the link above and return it to the Parish Office either by post or email. Forms are also available from the Parish Hall Lobby, or can be emailed to you on request. The date for the Baptism must be agreed with the Priest / Deacon.
BAPTISMAL PREPARATION SESSIONS
Dates for these are announced in the weekly Newsletter.
Parents must attend 1 session: it does not have to be in the same month as the booked Baptism.
GODPARENTS
It is suggested that families have no more than 2-4 Godparents and one must be a Confirmed Catholic.
DONATION
It is customary to give the Parish Priest or Deacon a donation. This can be handed to them after the Baptism.
