SUMMER PARTY – SUNDAY 23RD JUNE

Collect them from the narthex table TODAY when you pay for them.

For catering reasons NO tickets will be sold next weekend, so don’t miss out – get yours today

YOU WILL NEED TICKETS FOR YOUR FOOD SO REMEMBER TO BRING THEM ON THE DAY!

Adult Tickets £7

Kids Tickets £4 (ages 3-15)

which includes Hog Roast or for the kids, a hot dog,

  We’ll have a fun afternoon with traditional games, tug of war, entertainment, music, bingo crafts,

 pig racing, a bouncy castle and much more!

NOTE:  The rear car park will be closed from 11am,

 unless you are bringing in a gazebo or umbrella.

For 11.30am Mass – The front car park will be open for elderly /disabled parishioners only.

Finding the Hidden Spring

There will be 2 more evenings with the poet and writer  Sarah de Nordwall. Sarah will be running the creative sessions helping people discover the ‘hidden spring’ of their creative talents and spiritual lives. Sarah has years of experience assisting people to develop in these personal areas. The evenings will be in the Library from 7 – 9pm.  The next session is on Tuesday 18th June.   A donation will be asked for to help with running costs. All are welcome!

PILGRIMAGE TO WALSINGHAM

Celebrate the Feast of the Assumption by joining the Knights of St Columba Hillingdon Parish Pilgrimage to Walsingham on Thursday 15th August.  Coaches will leave from St Bernadettes, Long Lane, Hillingdon at 7.15am.  The cost will be £30, which will include a sandwich lunch.  If you would like to go, please phone St Bernadettes on 01895 234577 or  email: Hillingdon@rcdow.org.uk.

FOOD BANK

The next collection of donated food for  Hillingdon Food Bank will be on 2nd July.  Please bring in your food items before then.  Thank you for your continued generosity.

Catechism classes  are after the 9.30am Mass on Sundays.  If your child is NOT AT A CATHOLIC SCHOOL please ensure they regularly attend these classes prior to enrolment for First Communion programme. The next class is on 16th June

The ST VINCENT  DE PAUL group will meet on at 10.45 every other Sunday.  For more information about the work of this group please contact Josien Sarratt on 020 8866 4395

  The LIFE ASCENDING group meet on Wednesday 26th June at 2.30pm in the Library.  Their welcome extends to all Christians in their middle to later years.  Please come along this Wednesday.
