There is a very active GCC Youth Group.
Two youth Co-ordinators – one for the North and one for the South area groups, tasked to organise their youth activities and liaise with various Youth Group Leaders and assist them as necessary, to co-ordinate main youth activities and report to the executive.
The Youth are mainly involved at masses and would offer participation in form of altar servers, liturgical readers, ushers and generally actively contribute in roles that are in public at all other events. Youth days are organised at the St George’s Cathedral and St Aloysius, Euston which take form of retreat, lecture, discussion, questions and answers sessions.
Youth have their organised annual events which include sponsorship to the Popes World youth day Flame event, trips at Aylesford Priory, Kent for the World Catholic Youth Day and Pilgrimage to Our Lady of Walsingham shrine.
