St. Joseph’s is a busy parish community in Highgate, North London, and enjoys a warm and lively rapport with its parishioners and local community. To them, the church provides a central hub of activity and the opportunity to mingle with people who, though they come from a variety of different backgrounds, social, religious or otherwise, nevertheless share the same positive outlook on life. The doors are always open to those wishing to be involved in our parish community. All are welcome to participate in a range of groups, which are friendly and non-bureaucratic, or to simply join us for worship.
The Parish was established over 150 years ago by the Passionist Congregation, a monastic community whose commitment to preaching and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ continues today.
You will find us on Highgate Hill on the corner of Dartmouth Park Hill and Hornsey Lane. We are two bus stops up from Archway Underground Station on the 271, 143, 210 and W5 routes.
