The Meditation group which normally meets every Wednesday has been suspended for the duration of the health emergency. Normally it would meet at 6.30pm (assembling from 6.20pm) for Christian Meditation in the tradition of St Teresa of Avila, St John of the Cross, John Main and others. We always listen to a 5-10 min recorded talk (usually provided by the World Community of Christian Meditation /WCCM) and then meditate in silence for 25 minutes. Everyone welcome from any denominational tradition (or searching). Newcomers are welcome to join the group any evening and are given a brief introduction to this tradition of praying.
