The application forms for prospective candidates for First Holy Communion (for both Catholic and non-Catholic schools), Post First Holy Communion Catechism, Confirmation and RCIA for 2026-2027 programmes are available below.
Fully completed forms for all programmes along with the copy of the requested documents must be submitted by Sunday, 20th September 2026 through the Presbytery Letter Box.
First Holy Communion (Catholics School): Applicable when the child is studying in a Catholic school. The child must be in year 3 or above. Completed forms along with a copy of the requested documents to be submitted by Sunday, 20th September 2026.

First Holy Communion (Non-Catholics School): Applicable when the child is studying in a non-Catholic school. The child must be in year 2 or above. This preparation programme is for two years. Completed forms along with a copy of the requested documents to be submitted by Sunday, 20th September 2026.

Post First Holy Communion Catechism: Applicable to the Children who recently received their First Holy Communion (2024-2025 batch). Parents wishing to enroll their Child must submit the completed form by Sunday, 20th September 2026.

Confirmation preparation Sessions: Applicable when the candidate is studying in year 9 or above. Completed forms along with a copy of the requested documents and a passport sized photograph of the candidate must be submitted by Sunday, 20th September 2026.

RCIA Programme: Registration for ADULTS who wish to be received into the Catholic Church, or for Baptised adult Catholics who wish to make their First Holy Communion or to be Confirmed.
