The Parish of Harefield is situated in Hillingdon Deanery.

His eminence John Carmel, Cardinal Heenan, Archbishop of Westminster,  canonically erected the parish of Harefield, and dedicated it to Saint Paul, Apostle of the nations, on 5th April 1967
