In order to obtain a Certificate of Catholic Practice, please firstly collect an information sheet from Fr. Paulo after any weekday or weekend Mass. Complete this and bring it with you to your appointment with Fr. Paulo. Appointment times can be made on Monday 28th September, Wednesday 30th September, Monday 5th October or Wednesday 7th October between 4.00pm – 7.00pm. Please also bring along your child’s baptism certificate.
