It is through Baptism that we begin our journey of Initiation, we are cleansed of Original Sin and receive sanctifying grace, the life of God within our souls. That grace prepares us for the reception of the other sacraments and helps us to live our lives as Christians.
In baptism, we are implanted in the paschal mystery of Christ; we die with him, are buried with him, and we rise with him.
Parents who are considering the sacrament of Baptism, should register to join the Baptismal programme.
Please contact Fr Stephen Beale to register for a Baptismal course, which occurs only four times a year. This is best undertaken before your baby is born.
