A Sacrament is an efficacious sign of grace, instituted by Christ and entrusted to the Church, by which divine life is given to us. Full and active participation in the sacramental life of the Church requires a period of preparation of both mind and heart to be receptive to the grace of new life in Christ. If you would like your child to recieve the Sacrament of Holy Baptism please speak with the Parish Priest after Mass. Parents should be attending Mass regularly at St John Fisher before requesting this important Sacrament
First Holy Communion
Preparation courses are open to all children in Year 3 and aged 7 or above. Program commences late January with weekly lessons for an hour on a weekday evening until the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion have been received.
