Around the empty open tomb of Christ appear, from the very beginning, two distinct groups of peoples, two “movements”:
the women and the soldiers,
a “movement” of TRUTH and a “movement” of LIES.
The women run away from the tomb announcing the Good News, the victory of Christ over death; the soldiers run away from the tomb announcing lies, it is all an illusion.
These two movements, these two groups of peoples, come looking for you and for me, knocking at our doors on the same day of Easter, and in fact every day.
Yes, from the Day of the Resurrection until the end of time, women and soldiers are at war, a combat between Mother Church announcing the Good News and the lies of the Devil and of his children.

It looks like an unbalanced warfare. Women are weak, their voices are feeble, they have no strength, they carry no weapons.
The soldiers are strong, well-armed, influential, and powerful.
Where is the strength of the women?
When you read the Gospel of the Resurrection you see how these women meeting the Risen Christ clasped his feet, hold onto his feet.
Why his feet? Why is it that instead of hugging Him, instead of greeting Him with a kiss, they went straight for His feet?
Because the feet of Christ are the strength of the Church. Yes.
The feet of Christ are the only feet that walked out from a tomb,
feet which entered chaos, darkness, fears, loneliness, death…
and came out victorious. The feet of Christ crushed the Devil and all his lies. The feet of Christ carry the permanent signs of the nails, nails which have for ever hammered down the lies of the Devil telling us that it is not true that we are loved, that God is not a good Father, that we are destined to live sad and unfulfilled.
Women and Soldiers. They are still in movement. They are coming to your life, to visit you, to speak to you.
Reject the LIES of the soldiers, believe the TRUTH of the women.
Every day.
Every day is Easter, every day is a spiritual warfare, every day cling, clasp, hold unto the FEET OF THE RISEN CHRIST, OUR VICTORY.ALLELUIA !
