You might, for example, be giving in memory of a loved one, if so, please give as much detail as possible e.g. the name of the loved one and the date on which you would like it offered (however the date that you wish might not be available and you will be contacted to discuss this).

Alternatively, you may be donating for a specific cause e.g. the London Colney Hall Fund, Sanctuary Lamp, Christmas/Easter Offering or a General donation.
