Stephen Bellion specialises in the conservation and restoration of wall paintings, decorative interiors, statues, monuments and organ pipes and their cases. Stephen started his career as a church restorer in 1979 with Peter Larkwothy, the great grandson of Alfred Bell of Clayton and Bell. From 1991 – 2015 he was a partner at Howell and Bellion. In 2015 he formed Stephen Bellion Church Art. Over the last 40 years Stephen and his team have worked in churches and historic buildings all over the United Kingdom, cleaning and restoring original decorative schemes and executing new ones.
