New Parish Registration:
Print the Registration Form. Complete all the sections and drop it through the Presbytery letterbox.
If you would like a personal box of envelopes for your weekly donation at Mass, and you pay tax, you will need to fill in a Gift Aid Declaration form which is available in the parish office. You must come to the Presbytery, fill in the form and a box of envelopes will be given to you at the same time.
GETTING MARRIED
You need to contact the Parish office at least 6 months BEFORE the proposed date of the marriage and provide a recent copy of your Baptism Certificate (dated within 6 months of the proposed marriage), and a copy of your Confirmation Certificate.
MASS INTENTIONS/OFFERINGS:
Please email your Mass intention(s), with date(s) and time(s), for the Mass to Wembley1@rcdow.org.uk. The name of the person requesting the Mass and a contact number is needed.
