St Vincent De Paul Society (SVP)
Purpose: Serve the local poor and vulnerable.
Meetings: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 7.30pm in the Day Chapel.
President: Rose Haddow.
Secretary: Pat Doherty.

Legion of Mary
Purpose: Visit the Sick and the poor.
Meetings: Every Tuesday at 5.00pm in the  Presbytery.
Chair: Charlie Gregory.

Parish Visitation Team
Purpose: Visit elderly and sick in their homes in Nursing Homes and in
Hospitals.
Meetings: At 12.30pm  Fridays: light meal, scripture sharing, then visits.

Nursing Homes Ministry
Purpose:  Regular visiting of residents in the Nursing Homes in our parish
with Communion and Healing Services and Masses concentrated in the
Seasons of Advent and Lent.

Fr Tom.

Presbytery Food Store
Purpose: Collection of tins and preserved food from Harvest Festivals and
Parish Appeals to help the poor who come to the Presbytery door.

Climate for Justice
Purpose: Encouraging practical support and commitment to justice issues.
This is an amalgamation of Justice & Peace,  CAFOD and the Climate Change
groups.

The Knights of St Columba
  Purpose: Order of Catholic Laymen dedicated to the Service of the Church
and fellow man.
