walthamcross

Welcome to the webpage of the Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception and St Joseph, Waltham Cross. Here you will find information about us including Mass times and Parish contacts.

If you are joining St Joseph’s as a new parishioner, we look forward to welcoming you to our parish and we hope you will enjoy being part of the community of St Joseph’s.
You will find forms for Parish Registration in the Church Porch– please complete and return it to the Parish Office, or place it in the collection bag at the offertory.

We’re keen to hear from you, so please feel free to contact us!

The Church is open for Private Prayer from 8.00am each day. Please follow the directions given on the notice in the Porch.

ATTENDING MASS AT THE WEEKENDS

Following the relaxing of the COVID Restrictions on 19th July, for the time being we will continue to limit the number of people allowed into the Church at any one time. This means only 57 people in the Church, and a further 41 in the Parish Hall, where we live-stream the Mass.
We will also continue with the One Way system for movement within the Church. Please follow the signs.

In order to manage our restricted numbers, and also to assist with any possible need to track and trace people who have been at a Mass, we ask that you inform us beforehand if you are planning on coming to a particular Mass on Saturday evening or on Sunday. Please either email the Parish (walthamcross@rcdow.org.uk), or phone (01992 623156) or call into the Parish Office.

For the 10.00am Mass on Monday to Friday please continue to sign in as you enter the Church.

Please note that the Government’s advice is that we should continue to wear facemasks when we are in public indoor spaces. We therefore ask that you continue to wear a mask when you are in the Church or Parish Centre.

DUE TO THE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, THERE ARE NO TOILET FACILITIES AVAILABLE
