If you wish to have your child baptised here at St Aloysius you can download a form directly from the link below and once completed fully, either email, post or drop it in to the Parish Office.
Alternatively you can call the Parish Office to speak to the Parish Administrator, Alexandra, or visit the Parish Office in person to ask any questions and collect a form.
