Following the death of Pope Francis on Easter Monday, Allen Hall Seminary joins the rest of the world in praying for the Holy Father’s eternal rest. The seminary whose ensignia and motto cry out ‘vivamus in spe‘ -we live in hope-, once again proclaims that Christ has truly risen and will welcome his faithful servant, after his ardent ministry as a worker in the Lord’s Vineyard, to his everlasting reward. Now we pray that following Pope Francis’ missionary discipleship on earth, he may continue to help us on our pilgrim way by his heavenly intercession. Allen Hall seminary will celebrate Mass for the repose of Pope Francis’ soul when the community has returned from the Easter break.
