Schools

Parents, please visit the Local Council & Schools or visit their websites for forms and other guidelines. Once your Catholic School application is ready, then contact the priest to sign the CoCP.

For Secondary Schools certificates are signed in September/October

For Primary Schools certificates are signed in November/December

Please request your certificate well before the application deadline!

N.B.:

• The Archdiocese requires that families attend Mass regularly (that is attending Mass every Sunday or Saturday evening) for at least TWO years before a priest is able to sign the Certificate of Catholic Practice. (During the current pandemic the times of full Church closures are taken into account as well as serious medical conditions requiring you/your child to shield, but if you have not been attending Mass at all since the Church re-opened in July 2020 an interview with Fr Paul will be necessary for him to consider signing of the CoCP).
• If you are new to our parish – you will need a LETTER FROM YOUR PREVIOUS PARISH PRIEST attesting to your Catholic practice before Fr Paul can issue the CoCP.
