Thank you for considering a gift to the Church of Our Lady of Dolours, Hendon. Our parish relies upon the generous donations of parishioners and visitors.
Enormous thanks to everyone who has supported the work of the Parish over the months since lockdown. Through your generosity, we have been able to keep our doors open and the lights on! Mass and devotions have taken place every day. Now we need to make sure that we can keep the church warm and pay the bills – to keep the church open. The only money we have to survive on is the money that you give us each week. Unlike many other parishes, we have no alternative sources of income. Please could I ask you to be as generous as you are able? Just think what you spend in the various events of your lives and then consider what you give to the Church, i.e. to God. Is it appropriate? Donations can be made at Mass, via our contactless card machine at the back of Church, by scanning the QR Code on the notice-board, or by any of the methods detailed below. If you are able to Gift Aid your donations, please do so. This allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate from the Government. A simple £10 donation very quickly becomes a £12.50 donation, with no extra cost to you. Thank you for your generosity.

If you are a UK taxpayer, please Gift Aid your donation. The government will top up your gift by 25 percent, meaning a £20 offering becomes £25, at no cost to you.
