The group from our parish of the Sacred Heart who recently went on Pilgrimage to Rome welcomed a group of fellow Pilgrims from St. Mary’s here in Ware, who also went to Rome on Pilgrimage with Fr. Jake. A lovely BBQ was organised by our group to welcome the group from St. Mary’s. Unlike our parish Summer BBQ, we were blessed with a lovely day weather-wise, and so were able to have the BBQ outside. It was an enjoyable afternoon sharing some good food and fellowship with our Christian neighbours. A small and pleasant contribution to local ecumenism.
