The aim of the Ministry is to strengthen the sense of community and involvement within the parish. Welcome teams of two parishioners greet everyone coming into Mass, hand out hymn books and the Parish newsletter.
After 10.30am Mass, newcomers are encouraged to use the Social area. This is particularly attractive to young families. While the parents meet with other parents over a coffee or a glass of wine, children play in the garden and join in the fun. If you come from abroad the welcome team will introduce you to people from your own country and many wonderful friendships have developed from this initial contact.
