CAP (Christians Against Poverty) : LOVE IN ACTION
Hello Friends
Please come to a meeting with Simon Lee, a debt advisor with CAP (Christians Against Poverty) who is visiting the parish to give us a talk about CAP, and the help and advice they give people who are experiencing problems with debt. This includes becoming a Befriender to the person experiencing debt problems. So do come along willing to become a Befriender. Full simple training given. This is a great way of putting Love Into Action, especially the OPTION FOR THE POOR, DIGNITY and SOLIDARITY. CAP is based at the Liberty Tearooms in Bank Court, Hemel Hempstead, so this is a local organisation we can support. Our meeting is in the Parish Centre, Boxmoor.
