Right of Adult Initiation into the Catholic Church (RCIA)
The RCIA is a teaching programme which introduces people to the faith of Christians and the Holy Catholic Church. Through prayer and study the RCIA Group helps adult non-catholics who wish to know more about Catholic belief and practice and, if it is God’s will, prepares them for reception into the Church.
Christians of other denominations and non-Christians alike are invited to join discussion and instruction sessions within small groups, or on a one-to-one basis.
Courses are also structured for Catholics who wish to delve deeper into the teachings of the Catholic Church and for those who, for one reason or another, have wandered away from their faith and now want to be reunited in full union once again.
Naturally, no commitment is ever expected, and it is only God the Holy Spirit who draws people unto Himself.
