Candidates Baptism Certificate:
1. Please provide a copy of your Child’s Baptism Certificate to
The Parish Office Letter box – FHC Baptism Certificate – Child’s Full Name OR
Email it to sunburyonthames@rcdow.org.uk – Subject: FHC Baptism Certificate – Child’s Full Name.
2. If your child was baptised at St Ignatius Catholic Church, Sunbury-on-Thames you DO NOT need to provide this certificate.
3. Your registration will be considered incomplete if we do not receive the certificate before Monday 9th October 2023. If you have any concerns please email the parish office.
