On Sunday 17th September at our 11am Mass at Our Lady Help of Christians, as well as having a First Holy Communion, we welcomed the Watford Circle of the Catenians led by their new President, Paul Woodward, who is a long term member of Our Lady’s Parish. The Catenians are a group for Catholic men who gather each month to support each other in their faith and their families. They are also a great support to widows of their members, as well as great fundraisers for charities linked to the Church such as sending young people as helpers in Lourdes. Paul will hold the position for the year and hopes that during this year the profile of the group can be raised in our parishes and more men will seek to join them.
