In September, Members of Chess Valley SVP celebrated the 10th anniversary of their Conference. Chess Valley SVP was inaugurated in September 2014 with just seven Members from our three parishes. We now have a strong team of 16 Full Members and 5 Auxiliary Members. Full members complete the enrolment process and have DBS clearance, Auxiliary members support the Society actively in their projects (e.g. Community Lunch) but do not need to have DBS clearance. Full Members meet monthly and work together to help those in need in the local area and to support overseas aid where it is most needed. A special Anniversary Community Lunch took place on 15th September and brought together SVP Members, Beneficiaries and Parishioners to celebrate. Fr Andrew joined us in our celebration.
