Welcome to the website of the Catholic Church of Holy Rood, Watford. The church was built by J.F. Bentley over twelve years, with its completion and dedication taking place in 1900. Today the parish serves the southern and western areas of Watford below the great north-western rail line.

Location of the Church
The parish is located in the centre of Watford, within a 10 minute walk of Watford High Street Overground station and 15 minutes of Watford Junction and Watford Metropolitan Underground Station. The nearest carpark to the parish is citipark church street.
The parish office is located on Percy Road, next to the parish church. In-person office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am-1pm, 1.30pm-3pm.
