A one-day workshop exploring mental health in your parish communities.

The day will be facilitated by Ben Bano from ‘Welcome Me as I Am,’ with input from local Mind groups, and supported by Caritas Westminster.

• Discuss spirituality and mental health
• How to work with common mental health issues
• Mental health needs of particular groups
• Signposting to local support
• Next steps—developing your parish as a welcoming community
